Hi. My name’s Kai. For over a decade I’ve used music as a metaphor to teach  innovation at Fortune 100 companies like Google, Disney Capital One. Inspired by my late mother, who expressed regrets of not bringing her ideas to the world, I dedicated his life to answering one question: why do some people write new music in their lives, while others just play the notes that’ve already been written?

To answer this question, I relied on my academic background at Stanford University. I studied human centered design, where I learned a series of techniques to deeply understand the cultural paradigms that make people tick. And by working with professionals across all industries, ages, ethnicities, it allowed me to see the I noticed 36 cultural paradigms of thought that are silently preventing modern professionals from embracing a path of ingenuity.

The most meaningful thing in the world for me, is to be able to share these ideas in a way . I have approach to thought leadership that truly centers the audience.Instead of presenting the solutions, I first take time to understand the problem. I Deeply listen to you so I can understand the scenarios  that are blocking innovation in your group. Then I craft musical metaphors specifically to help your group change behavior in high stakes professional moments
